At Ryzome, our mission is to engineer cybersecurity solutions for virtualised environments, that cannot be evaded nor tampered with, are efficient, and trustworthy, supporting organisations to operate securely and withstand increasingly sophisticated threats.

Ryzome’s journey started because of a simple belief: that security should be done right. This requires a new monitoring approach, one that is based on a fundamental architectural change.

Our solution, Ryzome Security Monitor, is built on this foundational principle to provide organisations a new layer of defence–one with tamper-resistance at its core–, enabling them to secure their virtual environments more effectively and build a more resilient security posture against advanced threats.

Kostas Anagnostakis

FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN

Kostas brings over three decades of expertise in cybersecurity, technology, and business leadership. Prior to Ryzome, he was the CEO & Founder of Niometrics, a deep network analytics company that achieved significant growth and was successfully acquired in 2021. Kostas has experience in networking and security R&D across respected research organisations, such as A*STAR, FORTH-ICS, and TERENA. He is the co-author of over 60 technical publications and co-inventor of patented cybersecurity systems, and holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Asia Slowinska

Chief SCIENTIST

Asia is an expert in systems security and monitoring, binary analysis, and operating system security, with nearly 20 years of experience across academia and industry. As part of Ryzome, she leads our security research and drives innovation, while also serving as an Assistant Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Previously, she held key roles at IBM Security and Lastline. Named one of Europe’s top cyber women in 2022, Asia has authored over 25 publications in leading security venues. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Gloria Lee

Chief OPERATING OFFICER

Gloria brings over a decade of experience in technology innovation and business strategy, and a proven track record in operational optimisation, strategic partnerships, and international expansion. As COO, Gloria oversees all aspects of business and corporate development. Her prior roles included COO at Ioli Labs, and Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at Niometrics, where she led its acquisition and subsequent integration across 9 countries. She also held roles in the Singapore statutory boards A*STAR and IMDA, where she supported deep-tech startups with their global growth.
